Rendition Source References

The catalogue contains Rendition's V2000-era register headers, instruction packing macros and host routines. These use names such as FIFOINFREE, DMACMDPTR, DMA_COUNT, HOLDRISC and NOP_INSTR. Hardware definitions on this wiki follow the V2200 RevB specification; older source names remain useful when reading drivers and microcode.

V2KRISC.C RISC hold routine and procedure registration.
CSVERITE.C Host context and microcode-loading routines.

Naming differences

The host remaining-count register at I/O +0x58 is DMA_COUNT in V2KREGS.H and DMA_Length in the V2200 native map. The V2200 context text also calls it DMA_Count. These names refer to the same mapped location.

The source headers describe register offsets and bit operations directly. Code from a V2000 package does not settle conflicts in the later V2200 document, and a routine's implementation is not substituted for a missing hardware definition.
